Our Ayuttva pure ghee is made from grass-fed cow (A2 milk) butter. The preparation is a methodical, intensive process that involves hours of cooking which allows the liquid and the milk portion to separate from the fat. As the milk caramelizes and turns solid, the remaining oil is separated and used as Ghee. Ayuttva's pure ghee contains no artificial binders, heavy metals or other additives. It is lactose-free and 100% organic.
