Why should I use ZIP?
By choosing ZIP, you don't have to pay for your order all at once! You'll simply pay the first installment when you place your order, and 3 more installments every 2 weeks.
So if you'd like to stock up and place a big order, or are simply a little tight on cash right now, you won't have to pay the full amount all at once! You'll have the freedom to pay in smaller amounts, every 2 weeks.
When is my first ZIP payment due?
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.
Will I be notified about my ZIP installments?
ZIP notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.
Can I pay off my ZIP installments early?
Of course! Simply log into ZIP's customer portal and choose the order you wish to pay off early. You can access the portal here.
Do I have to pay interest on these installments?
No. Zero interest. You'll only pay the total amount of your order at The Ayurveda Experience.
Are there any additional fees with ZIP?
There is no additional per-installment fee to use ZIP, regardless of the size of your order. As long as your installments are paid on-time, there are no other fees to shop with ZIP.
Am I eligible to use ZIP?
You can if you:
Live in the US or Canada
Are at least 18 years old
Have a valid and verifiable USA or CAN mobile number
Use a credit or debit card to make a purchase
What information does ZIP require?
ZIP requires your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and either a US debit or credit card for sign-up. Instead of the traditional username and password, ZIP requires a mobile phone number and text message verification.
What's the minimum order amount to use ZIP?
Your order should amount should be minimum $10 USD to use ZIP.
How do I sign up for ZIP?
Signing up is easy! You can sign up while you're on the checkout page. Choose ZIP as the payment method. For the initial sign up, ZIP will ask for your date of birth, a US/CAN mobile number and a debit or credit card. Once you've entered your information, you'll know if you are approved instantly!
How do I check my ZIP account?
You can check your current and past orders on the ZIP customer portal. Simply log in to view your account by entering your mobile number or email address. Log into ZIP'scustomer portal here.

Having trouble paying your ZIP installments?
Don't worry! We understand that sometimes you're not able to make a payment on the due date. Just be sure to notify ZIP to avoid a late fee, if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can't make your next payment.
Please note that ZIP will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored. Installment payments are automatic, however, ZIP will charge a late fee in the even your payment cannot be proccessed due to insufficient funds on your debit or credit card, or if the card is no longer valid. In such instances, ZIP will charge a $7 USD late fee after the first missed payment on each installment. if any installment goes past 7 days late, there will be a single additional fee per order of $7. If your payment is denied in error, you can contact ZIP support by submitting a request here.
